PLPP Series Ultra High Dirt Holding Capacity Pleated Filter Cartridge with Gradient Pore Size Design and Broad Chemical Compatibility

PLPP Series ultra high dirt holding capacity filter cartridge is a pleated water filter cartridge made of multi-layer nano-fiber polypropylene media. It adopts a gradient pore size structure, which means the pore size gradually decreases along the fluid flow direction.

This large-to-small pore size design allows particles of different sizes to be captured layer by layer. Larger particles are intercepted in the upstream layers, while finer particles are retained in the downstream layers. As a result, the filter cartridge provides higher dirt holding capacity, lower initial pressure drop, reduced surface clogging, and longer service life.

PLPP Series filter cartridge is especially suitable for filtration of suspended particles, colloidal substances, high-viscosity liquids, and process fluids with relatively high contaminant loading.

• Ultra High Dirt Holding Capacity: The multi-layer gradient pore size structure improves contaminant loading capacity. Particles are captured through the depth of the filter media instead of only on the surface, helping reduce clogging and extend filter service life.
